My Honest Review Of Dani Johnson

When I first heard of Dani, to say that I was not impressed would be an understatement. I had not attended any of her events, listened to any of her material or watched any of her videos. But I didn’t like her.

In my mind, because we had already attained some level of success and helped others to achieve it as well, I believed I knew it all. And besides what could this Dani Johnson lady know that I didn’t?

Anyway one of my major leaders invited her to come to our area and out of respect and friendship of my leader I said I would support it. We had around 130 people attend the event from my team and it was at this event where I realised how wrong I had been.

I felt Dani Johnson knew more than I would ever know. I felt like I knew nothing and that I should go and curl up in a foetal position in the corner and apololgise to everyone for my lack of knowledge.

But the wonderful thing about Dani Johnson was that she did not leave me there. Dani equipped me and gave me skills I have used to be a top recruiter and the understanding on how to take our business to a whole new level of professionalism.

Sure Dani Johnson may be a little difficult to take when your ego gets in the way, as mine did many many times, but she is a caring leader who wants nothing more than for you to succeed.

I have been fortunate enough to get to know Dani and Hans (her husband) more and more over the past 6 years and would like to say they are my friends.
